The Troop Committee provides guidance and support to the Scoutmaster for Troop administrative and policy matters. Members of this body are appointed and include scout parents, the Scoutmaster, at least one member of the Chartered Organization, and other interested individuals from the community who support the work of Troop 1. The Committee meets once each month during the year. Significant notes from these meetings will be published in the Troop 1 emails.
Currently, the filled committee positions include chair, vice-chair, secretary, treasurer, Chartering Org. sponsor, wagonmaster, membership chair, board of review chair, advancements chair (and co-chair).
